Claiming tax back when back in college

Hi everyone, Just wondering if anyones know how to claim back tax, i'm returning to college in september , full-time, been working the past 7 years am i entitled to claim tax back for this year, Thanks any advice will help :)

You need to fill in a form P21 from the tax office.
