Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It's about time this thread was started, under 400 days left!

I'm not going this year, there's not a lot of bands that I like playing, but 2008 seems like it'll be amazing. Iron Maiden, Sonata Arctica, Hammerfall, Nightwish and Lordi already down for it I think class!

I'm sure loads more class bands will play as well. Who would you like to see at it?

Edguy, Angra, Wintersun, Rhapsody (of Fire), Dream Theatre, if two of those played I'd be in heaven!

Well that line up sounds absolutely crumby. I hope they flesh that out a little. I saw EdGuy at Hellfest and they were utterly rubbish. This just sounds like a cheese fest with little to no meat that would nigh be on cancerous to attend. But that's just my opinion. I suppose Hellfest spoiled me this year.

Thats a very cheesey start, not liking the look of that. Im going this year, got my ticket + flights for a total of £82 so I cant complain, cant wait either, was superb last year.

Yeah, that start to the linup is a bit cack to be honest. I may end up going alright, but they'd want to flesh it out for me.

I'm sure plenty of heavier bands will play man, I mean there's about ten confirmed and there's around eighty more to be comfirmed...

A few others playing are Machine Head, Amon Amarth and Kreator.
