Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Lets just hope that when they say Europe it includes Ireland.

the rights system to Tv and movies is archaic, and anyone who has Sky knows how long it took to get channel 4 and nearly ITv on the service over here.

    You must have missed:

"We're launching in UK and Ireland, France and Germany first and then rolling out to other countries as soon as we can," he said.

No offence by this, but that then defeats the purpose of downloading them from live if your going to and break the security on them. they are only rentals.

Some people don't realise they're rentals and if they haven't been cracked by now, they never will.

Indeed I did having been reading the major gaming blogs and missed that detail in amongst all the E3 news.

Looking forward to this now, won;t have to worry about buying HD-Dvd's now, and if the price is around 5-6 thats not too bad for a HD rental, as DVD's are 5.25 now a night from xtra vision.

    Doubt that man.
If it were to be cracked the studios would pull all content straight away.
Its in Microsoft's best interests to keep it all above board.

Yes, hence the big Xbox Live banstick they whacked a tonne of people with a couple of months ago, and we can be sure they will do that again.

I think this thread is really talking about the video marketplace for non-modded, legal machines.
