Hey, some of the big banks are BNP Paribas, Société Générale and Crédit Lyonnais. From what friends of mine have experienced, Société Générale are the best, at least customer service-wise. I know BNP have a student account. In all cases, you have to have a certain amount of paperwork - proof of address, ID, etc. Good luck!
