NAT problem/Azureus HELP!!!

    Hi
    I have set up Azureus/port forwarding on router twice before and have had no problems. I have just moved house and of course now the NAT test is failing - giving the error that the port is "closed"???????

    If anyone has any information, it would be greatly appreciated

    The following is what I have done:

    1. Static IP on PC (Outside DHCP range)
    2. Forwarded ports on router (TCP and UDP)
    3. Set Firewall on Router to low (Netopia 2247)
    4. Created rule on Software firewall to accept incoming TCP and UDP connections on forwarded port (Comodo)
    5. Turned off UPnP on Azureus

    This has worked before but now I get NAT errors!!!!!! Please help. Going mad. Dont know whats wrong here!
