I upgraded to staroffice 8 recently and since then I have 2 new problems.
1. For a user without admin privilege, double clicking on a staroffice file doesn't launch star office and open the file. You have to start e.g. star office writer and then open the file you want. It works okay if you are the admin user.
2. I always use the safely remove hardware option (green arrow bottom RHS tray) when I'm removing my USB memory stick. However, recently, I have to kill the soffice.bin process before I can safely remove the stick.
Anyone got any ideas ?
