Mardi Gras Tune

I posted this in the Jazz and blues Forum yesterday but no response. I'll try again here! This has been bugging me all day! On the Ray D'arcy show today they played a song with Mardi Gras in the title. It's a Cajun tune that used to be in an ad on RTE years ago - at least I think that's where I used to hear it. Anyone here…

I know that this isn't in the correct forum exactly but I guess Cajun is related to Jazz and Blues sort of!
