    Is it possible to pick what you dream about, can anyone tell me how or is anyone able to do this ?

    i remember the days when i used to work on a golf course on summer holidays, i would start work at around 5 am and be finished at 2pm, and after would go to bed for a nap, i used to have dreams i could fly on demand and kinda knew i was asleep dreaming, i think its cause i already got the rest i needed and was only resting kinda thing.... ?

    ya can work an odd time if just before u sleep keep what you want to dream about in your head all the time
