Hi folks, hope this is the best place to post this question!

I'm having problems dealing with clients who have security cameras recording to vhs, realtime, time lapse and multiplex!! What basic set up would I need to be able to transfer clips to a pc (usually 10-20 seconds max - no sound), and to capture stills for printing.Ideally love to be able to connect laptop to vcr. are there adapters available or is this too specialist?

All you need is a fairly basic capture card. One that will capture from Composite.
