Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I want to switch to Meteor but I'm only halfway through my 12 month contract with Vodafone. Not sure about this, what happens if you cancel your contract?

Do you have to pay the line rental for the remaining 6 months or is there a way out of it?

yeah you pay a cancel fee, its basically your monthly tarrif times the month left on your contract, so if you're paying 50 a month and have 6 months left youll owe them 300 quid, the only way you can get out of a contract is if you have no coverage but even then theyll investigate the site before theyd let you out

Can you switch to a lower tarriff first and then cancel?

    Good question
As far as I know, with any of the networks, you are allowed switch tariff after a certain length of time and I think you can do this and THEN cancel your contract

With Vodafone you are automatically switched to the lowest tarrif(i think €19 a month) before your account is closed.
