Some of them actually come with 7mm bearing bushings installed from the factory, would be worth checking before you buy new ones to do the job.,

I see you have the VFC SCARs back on the site.:) That SCAR-H looks the biz, with the official silencer and all.

Yeah, I have to say I liked it. The silencer really finishes it off.

Hi folks,

Was hoping for some help, the hubby's birthday is coming up shortly, and after seeing some airsoft in action he has hinted (Man Hint) so it was more of an exagerated suggestion, that I get him kitted out for airsoft, I have looked at the Eirsoft website, and needless to say, I have not got the first clue as to what to get.
The safety stuff and clothing is a must and should not be too difficult, however can anyone suggest which gun to get him. I dont want to get something that he decides after a couple of weeks is the wrong one and then goes and gets another model/colour/type/size etc. I aware of the cost and dont want to have to take out another mortgage, but am thinking of €350 - €400.
Advice welcome.

I am certain any one will agree with me that a JG G36c (gun) will sort him out. Its relatively cheap and very reliable.
If your looking for more quality, any g&g brand gun would be fine.

Ha when you said you dont want to get a new mortgage i wasnt expecting to see 300-400 quid pricetag, you can get some of the best AEG's on the market for that price...

but like above, the Jing Gong G36C probably has one of the best reputations out there...reliable and good looking, going at 170euros at eirsoft

Talk to Tony (Shiva on this thread) and ask him to help you get kitted out. You could even visit the Eirsoft shop in Cabra, and he'll help you get a starter package together. He'll probably have a good idea of what will go down well, at a reasonable price...

Hmm, never saw that, though you had told me about the mags. Not bothered to go back and check so I'll take your word for it. Sorry for the incorrect accusation.
