Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I keep getting prank calls to my Landline phone and I dont know what to do I have tried calling the Gardai explaining to them that I have been getting prank calls about 10 times every day but they said that noting can be done because the phone calls are not malicious. I would like to know how I can trace these calls because they appear as private calls to my phone. I am guessing that these calls are from 2 different moblie phones because the callers have 2 different voices and they do show up on my home phone as private numbers. I am an Eircom customer if I contact them would they know of a solution to this problem?
Any help would be very much appreciated

As far as I know Eircom cannot do anything unless the guards ask them to. That used to be the case anyway. I'm surprised the guards aren't interested. Make a note of the times of the calls and go back to them again.

Maybe try 1800 689 689 (it is listed as Nuisance calls bureau with the Eircom address under Comreg) but maybe they can help anyway.

I've had something similar myself over the last few days. I've been getting calls to my mobile where the person just waits about 4 seconds and then hangs up. It comes up on my mobile as an unknown number, i'm on the 3 network. Does anyone know if it is possible to track where the number came from or if there is a similar number to the one supplied above for prank calls to mobiles?
