Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I was wondering if anyone has come across this problem?
I have a Win2000 machine, which on boot-up is giving a blue screen with this message. "The registry cannot load its hive file systemroot\system32\config\software or its log or alternative is corrupt or unwritable."
I am unable to start the machine in Safe Mode as it gives the same error.
    Thanks in advance.

If you cannot even start in safe mode, then a repair using your win2000 disk is probably your only option. Have had the same problem with XP, and changing the boot order to cd-rom first, restarting with xp disc in cd-rom drive, then choosing repair from the options fixed it. It just replaces any missing/corrupt files.
