    No I am afraid it is not, tho the game will be entered into multiple gaming competitions and if prize money is won it will be shared.

    Here are some more details from the project;

    Here are some more details from the project;

    Team name: Saoirse Games

    Project name: Tale of Diarmuid and Grainne.

    Brief description:
    It is a game based on Irish Celtic mythology. It will be 3d action. It has been designed to have a quick turn around as we are putting our main focus on having atleast a piece of a spit and polished level at the end of this. We are aiming to make a playable intro at the moment. Narrative movies will be a big part of this game.

    Target aim:
    The main aim of this game is to enter into game competitions. We are currently in the futureplay competition and are intending entering igf which means we have clear goals to reach.

    Compensation:
    There is the possibility of some prize money from the competitions but overall this is an exercise in exposure. Obviously if that miracle publisher deal comes around there will be more money but I think any of us with experience know not to hold our breath. Thats why we are aiming for 3 levels at the moment.

    Technology:
    Torque Game engine with mordernisation kit added to allow for shaders. Torque is setup for compilng with the express version of c++ aswell as the standard commercial versions.

    Talent needed:
    3d artist - Good modelling skills. Preferably able to unwrap and texture also but not essential.
    Animator - We need an animator. This field will be specifically for animation, you dont necessarily need to know how to rig but you do need to be able to animate well.
    Sound fx - We already have the composer position filled but we need someone specifically for sound fx.

    Team structure:
    3d artist
    general artist
    2 composers
    script writer/ voice actor director
    An experienced torque programmer

    Contacts:
    Apon request

    Previous Work by Team:
    Teams first project.

    Additional Info:

    More information can be given on request to serious applicants.
