Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

A few years ago i went to my dentist about a tooth i have that sticks out, its the one next to my front tooth. i asked about braces and she gave me a retainer. this ended up cracking two of my front teeth (the crooked one and the one next to it). that was sore but what happened was it aggravated a cyst in my palate that i never knew i had (i was born with it apparently). i was in so much pain. anyway, i ended up having to get two root canal treatments on my two teeth. since then they have darkened. i am now considering veneers. my question is is there anywhere in dublin/ireland does this? and second is it better to go abroad?

    any help would be great.

    thanks tabx

Why not check out the Dental Hospital. They have a very good reputation by all accounts. Seemingly, they specialise as well. Good luck.

I had a crown done on a tooth with a root canal many years ago because it was going dark which worked fine.

That said, these days, if a dentist said root canal to me - I'd just get it implanted to be honest - no more messing about a few years down the line when the root canal tooth fails as it will eventually.

I'm getting IV Sedation for it but whats worrying me is if they will stand out from my other teeth, will they look fake?

    cheers for any info
