Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What happens to your 12 month live sub when you get 3 red lights ?

    Friend of mine got onto microsoft and was given a turn around time of like 6 weeks which is bad enough but we where discussing what happens to the 12 month sub now ? will he have any right to get it extended to cover the time the console was unusable for ? its not like he can use the accound anywhere else and its their faulty hardware that caused him not be able to use his account.

    Call, complain and find out. Ask for an extra month on your sub.

    As far as I know they are now including a 1 month Live Sub card with returns.
    Turnaround time is now 25 working days, so 5 weeks. You lose 1 week still but that was the way when it was 2 week turnaround time.

    The XBL account is not locked to any one 360 (or xbox for that matter) and your mate can use it on any other 360 he likes, but it will only be active on one 360 at a time, however it can be active on one 360 and one xbox at the same time.
