Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey all,

    I bought a Microsoft MCE Remote Keyboard (http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/mouseandkeyboard/productdetails.aspx?pid=038) on ebay during the week. The guy that sold it to me said it will work with XP Pro, even tho it's called the MCE Keyboard.

    I've connected the usb IR receiver and it recognises it in device manager but nothing will work on the keyboard, except the pc standby button.

    Has anyone ever set up this keyboard before??

    From what I can remember it's not meant to work in XP (I think) it was intended for XP MCE only though it should work in Vista too but if you install this patch on XP Pro then it should work disregarding the patch is intended for XP MCE.

    I can confirm that , it works fine with no drivers on MCE ( they must be included in the OS or media centre app ) or any flavour of Vista , but wouldnt work for me on XP , any version , home or pro , just MCE.

    Must try that patch !

    The patch worked a treat!! I'm using the keyboard as a speak (or type...whatever!)
