    Age: 28
    Height: 156 cm
    Weight: 51 kg

    Aims:
    • Weight - 49 kg
    • 5k run in 27 min
    • Increase squat, dead lift and bench press for general fitness and toning.

Have been going to the gym for the last few years but would like to use this log to give it a bit of structure.

One of my New Year's resolutions was to run 5k in 27 mins. These are my most recent running times so far for 5k:
    • 31 min 30 sec
    • 29 min 50 sec
    • 28 min 50 sec
