Strange XP Profiles Problem

Hi, hopefully someone can help me with this strange problem! The brother in law has a new Dell pc with XP Media Edition with SP2 installed. He created 3 additional profiles to himself, all are Computer Administrators. The problem is when he runs a programme such as Creative Media Organizer under his profile it runs fine…

Hi,

hopefully someone can help me with this strange problem!

The brother in law has a new Dell pc with XP Media Edition with SP2 installed. He created 3 additional profiles to himself, all are Computer Administrators.

The problem is when he runs a programme such as Creative Media Organizer under his profile it runs fine and detects the Zen Micro. But when he runs it under any of the other profiles the programme will run but it wont find the Zen!

Apparently alot of programmes dont seem to run to their full capabilities!

Anyone have any ideas what I could try, apart from a full re-install!
