Ok I'm close enough to getting/looking for a dog.

As state in an earlier post I'm going for a Staffordshire Bull Terrier.

I wonder, what difference would I see between a male and female dog?.

    Advantage's and disadvantages?.

Personally, I prefer bitches to dogs. They're less territorial (and so generally are less aggressively natured), generally a bit smaller, and won't try to hump your legs  Also they won't go around peeing on your neighbours car tyres if you're on a walk.

I've always owned female dogs, so my opinion may be slightly biased towards them.

To be honest though, take any dog who needs a home.

    Thanks Paul.

Btw, best of luck on SAturday, kick ass. You missed a great submission-wrestling competition yesterday, Mr.Ryan was in a class of his own.

    See you soon.

I found bitches easier to control, they don't run off as much as dogs would while on walks

Yeah, I have never had a bitch, but if I was considering a Staff, I would probably get a bitch and get her spayed. I would be a bit nervous of a dog staff being a little bit to terrirorial.
