    some curl work


    a rushed workout, had the engineering ball that day

    really crap training session this evening I just had no energy. I was out on the sauce all day Thurs, fri and sat because of the engineering ball. I felt so weak. Going for a run tonight to try and sweat the sauce out. Been drinking green tea last few days to detox. Wow I feel ****. Anybody reading this ever go on a detox before I could do with some advice.

    Had my first deadlift session today in a long long time. My back feels great. I kept the weights embarrassingly low, didn't go above 110kg. It's a start...meh

    115kg x 3, 4, 3, 3 - felt like a lot more than 115 jasus
    I reckon I could do 120 x 4 x 3 when I get back up to proper gym

    cleans:
    40kg x 10
    50kg x 8
    60kg x 5
    70kg x 5, 3, 4
    My first time trying these and it was tough enough

    Front raises:
    15kg x 10 x 3


    Not too bad a session. It wasn't too intense, my legs are still tired I guess from deadlifts on Fri night. I need to up the squats this week, think I'll aim for Thurs or Fri and hit it hard.
    My diet was good all weekend. Ate a lot. Reckon I've put on an lb or two. Happy times ahead cmon

    30kg x 7, 6, 6 - dead easy even after benching on Saturday, moving up to 32.5kg next day

    db curl:
    20kg x 7
    25kg x 5, 4, 4 - I got 5 in every set but cheated slightly in each of last 2 sets, I shouldn't even be doing bis again after the session on Saturday but I feel I need to blast them more

    DB HH Curl:
    20kg x 8, 7, 7

    incline situps:
    20 x 3, +10kg x 10

    I'm going to be throwing in more weighted situps and extensions from now on, I need to strengthen my core. My back feels pretty good right now. Hope that doesn't jinx it.

    100kg x 6 - felt heavy, knew I was in trouble
    115kg x 3 - good set, but needed a long rest
    115kg x 2, 1 - **** enough, last set was a disaster. I was too tired to bench really, but I didn't wanna miss the session.

    dips:

    +30kg x 5, 5, 3 - bleh

    db bench flies:
    15kg x 10
    17.5kg x 8, 7, 6

    not a great training session..
