Dunno if this is the right place.

Looking to book a hotel for one night in the city centre second weekend of august.

Dont wanna break the bank, but want somewhere relatively respectible. Any advice or hotels you boardsies would recommend?

    Thanks.

The Best Western just off O'Connell Street has just been refurbished, and I have to say it looks pretty damn good. Very central too.

Very modern now. Leather and glass furnishings, all brand new. They've extended into the building next to it aswell I think. Well worth a look.

    Hey ya,

I second that, contact William in Sales sales@academyplazahotel.ie for a quotation. Tell him that Peter sent you!

The Academy Hotel has just been rebuilt as the Academy Plaza Hotel, new bar, new asian restaurant on Parnell Street: Abacus. Free WiFi Wireless Internet, Looking very good indeed.

    The website is http://www.academyplazahotel.ie

    Cheers,
    Peter

Bit too pricey! Any other ideas? That place does look nice though.
