Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Help! My hair has suddenly gotten very dry. I haven't dyed it in about a month, I use either Aussie shampoo and once a week would use Wello salon shampoo that stops your hair getting greasy.

I normally only put conditioner on the ends of my hair but I covered my hair in conditioner yesterday and my hair still feels really dry! Help!

    Do you straighten it?

Go to bed with olive oil in the mid-ends lengths, wash as usual in the morning... this helps temporarily definately.

Did you change your diet at all? Once my friend became a vegetarian her hair basically shriveled up and died. Not that there's anything wrong with being a vegetarian, but she had a really bad diet.

^^ that's very true - you need protein for healthy hair (the right kinds of course and healthy oils salmon and almonds are great)

Yeah, only 1-2 times a week though, and I use heat defense sprays. I've also been using a GHD for years with no difference in the texture of my hair.

I wonder could be down to having the shower too hot?

Get a treatment and put it in your hair about 3 times a week. Leave it in overnight and wash out in the morning. My hair is fried, and this is what the hairdressers have been recommending. Been doing it for a month now and my hair is way better.
