Deleting seems unfair considering there's some negative comments about their business on that forum and they're simply responding to those. (the user is legitimate). It isn't necessarily something that needs to be debated further though, so perhaps leave and lock or merge and lock (merge and lock seems best so their response is found along with any web searches). Feel free to put them in touch with me via PM or the Help Desk if they're not happy.
