    Not really a joke more a clever pun really.

    If you stroke a kitten's fur with a piece of silk you will generate a static electric charge.
    Will this charge be positive or negative?

    Answer:
    It will be positive. Everyone knows that cat-ions are atoms or group of atoms that bear a positive electric charge.
