It's a board for tards, i wouldn't get overly worried about it.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,391 ✭✭✭One Cold Hand

I'm not really, but if you read to the end they've all agreed to try and register on boards, go to PI, be as abusive as possible and get banned as quickly as possible. Mature lot of people aparently.

Looks like a troll, which you're never allowed to say in PI!!

    Certainly read like one anyway!

In all seriousness though the guy hitting him self after not being able to pull in a club is pure comedy.

It's about time someone ripped the piss out of PI.

I never heard of it either, by the title of the thread I thought it was some Ferrari thing :p

Pfft, who cares really? It's not like we've all had a laugh or two out of someone else's misfortune (I know I have) and in fairness, there has been some hilarious problems in PI. Meh, let the tossers have their laugh.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 81,220 ✭✭✭✭biko

Sure, why not let them have their laughs. Some stuff in PI is pretty f***ked up sh*t, but then so is life.

EDIT: ROLF!!! Oh my God my sides! Some of those are great.

After reading through the rest of the tread.. me too.

    Some hilarious trolls in there!!!
I'm bringing this up after a lot of thought. This is a problem I'm really struggling with, particularly in the last three or so months. I have soiled myself at least seven times in this period, twice even publicly. I say at least because there are various degrees of the problem.
Needless to say the embarrassment factor is through the roof. It seems to occur more in the mornings than the afternoons so maybe it has something to do with diet?
My girlfriend thinks it's a joke but hasn't thank god been anywhere near me when it happened.

I just can't bring myself to go through the humiliation of telling anyone who knows me, let alone facing up to a doctor about it. I've been reading one or two websites and it seems that some very famous people have suffered in the past from it, for example Kris Akabusi and Curly Watts from Coronation Street.
I was wondreng if anyone else has ever experienced anything like this?

I used to suffer from this as well!

    I find the best thing to do is block out all knowledge of your life up to this point, start dressing like Iceman from top gun, and just live your life like a crack US navy pilot from now on. Every time you find yourself talking to a girl, slide your shades to the end of your nose, and say;

'Drop your knickers b**ch, its ice time'

then thrust your cock in thier direction whilst chewing gum and jacking off

True. You would never see that suggested on boards. Ask Seamus. He can verify that. :p

F365 is the craic. The thread on people confessing was pure brillance. In fairness 365 is what boards was pre 2002/3. Jebubs even for sale was good fun.

    Still ..conform we must!

Some of those people must be some of you wierdos from here. For craps sake, one of them highlighted something I wrote in the Parenting forum, and fobbed it off as a PI. Idiot. Whats wrong with thinking twins dressed the same look like they are in a team? And you are in a Football forum, spa.

    I think it's funny.

I also loved their 'dirtiest thing a girl ever did' thread from a while back. That was the single best thread I've seen on any forum.

PI is great because people who have genuine problem can get advice. But a lighter look at some of the threads is hilarious.

Anyway, if they want to spam these forums, imagine what we could do to theirs. If anyone was arsed. Which I'm not.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 17 rigel4

it's actually nearly impossible to spam it, just so you know.

It takes weeks to sign up. obviously if there is a flood of people trying to sign up then the mods would realise that something isn't right...

Trolling a football forum is like shooting fish in a barrell.

F365 is the funniest forum on the internet cos there's fairly little rules and almost anythings up for ridicule. Internet needs places like these as it's alot more mainstream on boards and more pc

Ah its alright, at least he didn't trot out the "simple" gag, that one never gets old. Besides, it admirably illustrates the eloquence and cutting wit I'd expect from the F365 crowd...

Isn't there a private "Ask Dr Demento" forum here on boards that was set-up to parody so of the choicer posts on PI ??

I know there used to be, but I got banned from it :D

It doesn't rip the piss directly out of active / specific PI threads or users. That's bad form.

Active being the key word..It does rip the piss out of older PI threads though. I got banned for objecting to one such thread!

After reading the F365 thread the 1st that thing that struck me was how much bull is actually on PI? Anyone else?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,608 ✭✭✭✭sceptre

Considering the "Next Topic" currently listed on the site is "I want to grow a herb garden" (and yes, both these topics are posted in the Football forum), I'd say that people who live in glass houses shouldn't be picking up big pointy rocks with a plan to tossing them anywhere.

Plenty of crap on boards. Plenty of crap on F365. There we go, angst over.

It's a weird place, it revolves around the bloke who owns it, and his desperation to make it into the most popular website on the net, if you could guarantee 3 new members who are into hedgehog sex, they'll create a new forum for you, they're desperate for traffic.

About 71% of members are moderators, every thread is scanned, and moved, locked, poster banned etc at the drop of a hat.

Any forum that gets more than 5 posts a day, and they sh*t themselves.

OH! OH! AND NINE OUT OF TEN STATISTICS ARE MADE UP ON THE SPOT!!!!!!!!!1111!!!111 [/creams self]

They get terribly upset if you insinuate they are only a ghey grooming college, however. A bit too upset, if you know what I mean.

yes, and i used to mod it. it became no fun when someone complained when i parodied them because they thought they were popular.

and as for taking the mickey out of PI on the F365 forums, theyre right.
Its why i stopped modding the PI forum. Its full of ****ing idiots who couldnt find their arses with a flashlight and both hands.

I've been taking the piss out the PI forum on other forums (a uk one for example) and with people who aren't boards regulars on irc for years. It really is a big joke.

I've trolled it a few times too, hilarious stuff altogether.

I'm going to register on the football365 forum just because of that thread, they've got the right idea!

    Good point toppa

I would like to point out that I have been a good boy regarding this thread and haven't linked to anything. Love you Trishy xx

Actually, that forums full of tits too. It clearly revolves around someone called Trushy, and she's itching to be bitching if they get other forum enemy's apparently.

LOVE YOU TRUSHY XXX, what a ****.

Somethingawfull have the only good forum on the internet.

Well I think they should go travelling. And they'll find the right girl when they least expect it.

Wasn't the F365 forum where there was a thread of guys posting up pics of women in the street, with captions along the line of "huh-huh-huh, she's asking to be raped"?

They're not accepting registrations at the moment and you can only register with a work or university e-mail address and even then it takes for ever, due mainly to some severe nutjobs who got banned and re-registered over and over again. Be warned, some of them are severe nutjobs who can even end up telephoning you at work.

Sadly, though, these days the F365 forum is nowhere near as good as it was although one highlight in the last 12 months was an invasion of a local newspaper letters page regarding a Pigeon problem. One of the funniest things in ages.

That and some poor sod who was going to cycle eight miles to meet this girl, until he posted a picture of her. Very funny stuff.
