Places to entertain a ten year old in Dublin?

Hi all, I have to mind my little sister (10) this afternoon, and would like to bring her somewhere interesting or fun. Unfortunately I have no ideas, so any help would be greatly appreciated :) She doesn't want to go to the cinema/shopping/musuems thanks Iain

Yeah, I saw that, it looks pretty cool Just rang up, but unfortunately it isn't open to the public yet.

As for church on Wednesday, never heard of it.
Church on Tuesday is good though.

Take her on a DART. If you get off in Dún Laoghaire you could walk the pier and then go to Real Gourmet Burger which is AWESOME. There's a cinema there if she gets bored. Or else go to Howth and walk Howth Head. But don't let her fall off.

Peoples park in dun loaghaire has a playground too, dunno if 10 is too old for that though. Cabinteely park has a big playground with more "advanced" climbing frames etc for bigger kids.

i brought my friends kid to the viewing tower in smithfield, dubliva (sp?) and christchurch and then mcdonalds and swimming. she had a brilliant day and cant wait to do it again but i kinda broke afterwards. we are going to the butterfly farm next week
