Also, i see on pokerireland.com that you can now pay by cash - do you still have to set an account? And if you do then is there any need to deposit in it? Sorry for all the questions....

the amount of people that have asked me over the last week in donegal "aye, but whats this crowd like - would they be ok like"!

the 100,000 guarantee if there are 700 people has confused a lot of people and think its false advertising etc... lol. i explained to them what it was all abotu and no doubt they get a cousin who knows about the tinternet to sort it for them...lol

if you think people from Donegal dont understand the internet or are in any way behind from a poker standpoint, then you will surely perish on that rock you shudda crawled under
my experience with players from Donegal is " watch 'em"
can they play poker? most definitely

I know, it was my idea to advertise it that way and I've been regretting it ever since.

I thought it was relatively straight forward myself but if we say to players that there is €12,500 added to the prize-pool then that really is false advertising :)

Anyway get those Donegal players registered into this tournament Joe.....I'm seriously worried that all these European and Scandinavian players are going to end up playing against each other on Oct 6th in the RDS.

It might be even money a French player to win the tournament if this keeps up :)

Anyone that does not know anything about the internet only has to email me to find out how to register for the tournament :D - stephen@pokerireland.ie

Who said that to you by the way?.....All of the big players in Donegal would know me personally  ......I hope you weren't telling them all that there is some old lad called Stephen and a young fella called Derek organising it.

    Hi all,

Final post with regard to the IPO; Just wanted to start a new thread because there will be a new tournament in the Mermaid lobby shortly which reflects the current conversion of Euro to dollar. I will post here as soon as it is up there.

Tournament Directors will be Stephen Mc Lean, Derek Williams, Luke Ivory and Pamela Morris.

If you plan to play please register today, it will help us to achieve a much bigger field of players by Oct 6th.

We are just finalising our equipment list now and if it does start to look like we are going to go over the 1,000 player mark (ya never know) we will need to order more chips, cards and get other equipment organised. If you are registered earlier it will give us a much better chance to do this.

    Many thanks,
    Stephen Mc Lean.
