    Well done to the Irish Bench Rest team who competed last week in the European Championships in Milan.

    The Team finished in 4th place which is an excellent result.
    LB6 from our own humble board took home a Gold Medal, for 1st placed Lady.
    Well done Shar!!!!

    and!!!! for anyone starting out take note........
    the gold medal was taken with an OLD anschutz 1411.....approx value 400 euro all be it in a much modified stock with a budget scope....so throwing thousands of bucks at a sport is no guarantee of success.
    The moral of the story is get something that works, get out there have fun and compete when the chance arises.
