Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just have a weird problem and don't know how to fix it.

Basically when you sum a row for e.g. A5: D5 it gives 168
When i drag it down to the next row i expect it to sum that row for e.g A6: D6 but instead it just copy's down 168 instead of giving the correct total. I've checked formatting and everything seems okay but was wondering if there is a way of fixing this?

Are you dragging the cell contents, or dragging the formula?

When the cell is highlighted, the bottom-right corner has a little square anchor on it. If you drag this anchor down, it copies and increments the formula in the cell (provided you're using relative addressing). If you just grab the edge of the cell and move it, it brings the exact formula down.

    2 possible reasons:

    1) As seamus said, youre dragging the actual cell rather than using the auto-fill... the little box at the bottom right

    2) Your calculation option is set to manual, which means it will only perform the calculation if you press F9... to set to automatic, go to Tools-Options, then calculation tab and check Automatic at the top.

Is likely to be the first one though....
