a mate rang me and said, go to australia i got a camper van

went on line to www.immi.gov.au

applied for my working hoiliday visa
paid 190 australian dollars and
within 12 hours had been approved sweet eh!!!

question
can anyone tell me the next steps!!!!!
what else do i need to get there

can i now buy my ticket???
whats this about health insurance???
money in account???
etc etc
can you set up a bank ac easily over there what do you need?

basically i need info pronto

make sure you have travel/health insurance. if you're not covered, stuff like an ambulance being called for you can set you back a few hundred bucks or so i've heard through the grapevine.

Get travel insurance your are really covered for nothin in oz and there bills can hefty if you need any health cover. Yes you can buy your ticket now, your visa is electronic and linked to your passport. They say you need x amount of money in your account to be able to support yourself. They rarely check this especially if you have a visa and a return ticket. Its easy to set up a bank account over there once you do it in the first few weeks, all you will need is a passport and some proof of address which your landlord/hostel can provide. Only set up a bank account fi you plan on using it you dont have to set one up, unless you will be gettign paid into it.
