Commuting between Swords and Blanchardstown.

Was just wondering if anybody cycles between Swords and Blanch. I live in Swords and work in blanch, would love to cycle on the few nice days we get. I'm afraid that the roads are too dangerous, very windy with lots of HGV traffic. Has anyone done this journey before, maybe know of a safe route?
