Cookery Schools in Ireland

Anyone been to any of the cookery schools in Ireland? Am thinking of treating my Mum to an overnight trip and want to find out which one is best. Was thinking of Dunbrody but accom seems to be hugely expensive. Tks

I've been on a cookery course and overnight stay in Ballyknockan. I'd highly reccommend it.
