Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. My vote goes to "Ten" by Pearl Jam. It's just a fantastic debut album, in my opinion. There are some wonderful tracks, such as Once Upon A Time, Evenflow, Black and Alive. Eddie Vedder has a great voice and the guitarwork on the album is brilliant.

    It rocks!

I'm gonna be controversial and vote for "Load" by Metallica. I think it's a really good album. Yes, there are a couple of duff tracks on it, but its a brilliant album in the main.

Songs like "Bleeding Me", "Outlaw Torn", "Until It Sleeps", and "Mama Said" are among the best songs written by James Hetfield, imo.

+1, even though first three albums are equally good, more people would vote for SFTD.

Just to go for a more classic rock than a metal album, and I choose The Who Live at Leeds.

Absolutely. Ten is long overdue the honour of Album of The Week. As I've said before, it's a cracker of a debut abum and contains a no.of outstanding tunes - the ones that come to mind immediately are : Once Upon A Time, Evenflow, Black, Alive and Why Go. Great vocals by Eddie Vedder and great guitarwork throughout this Pearl Jam album. Yep, +1!
