Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Please vote for an album you think should be Album Of The Week. One vote per person, each week. That vote can be backing up someone else's vote, so you can say "I would vote for that album too" but you can't vote again untill next week. You can keep voting the same album each week if you want, but you can't vote for album…

Bought Draconian Times by Paradise Lost over the weekend. Listened to it that night and loved it. It really is a brilliant album. Hallowed Land, Enchantment and Shadow Kings are brilliant tracks. Unfortunately drummer Jeff Singer left the band 12 days ago (Aug 13 for family reasons) since joining in 2004. Their South American tour has been cancelled as a reult of this. Be interesting to see who they bring in to replace him.

I vote for this too. I was up front for their set at Wacken and thought the sound was raaather good. I also had an excellent view of the "ginger Swede"'s guitar faces which included ":eek:" and ":p" at times.

This week, going to go with Tristania and Widow's Weeds. Brilliant album and Wasteland's Caress is the best track on the album. Here is a live performance of that track.
