Ola, so here be the timetable we're working from at the minute. Still some jiggery-pokery to be done and switching a few events around, but this is the outline anyway...

Wed 1st August:
ART SHOW OPENS @ THIS IS NOT A SHOP (benburb street)
Drinks in dice bar/voodoo after 11?

Thu 2nd August:
REGISTRATION OPENS, VOODOO LOUNGE/DORANS.
Free in with drinks promotion to 4 dame lane.
Voodoo lounge 11-3

Fri 3rd August:
Registration continues (voodoo or eamonn dorans)
Group ride (critical mass style, ROUTE TO BE CONFIRMED)
Pre party drinks.
World welcome party VOODOO LOUNGE 11-3

Sat 4th August:
OPEN FORUM 1 (open air through p.a. system)
Main race qualifiers PHOENIX PARK (10:00am to 6:00pm)
WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS ALLEYCAT QUALIFIERS (9:00pm)
VOODOO LOUNGE, BERNARD SHAW AND 4 DAME LANE

Sun 5th August:
MAIN RACE FINAL
SPRINTS
SKIDS
BIKE POLO
ALLEYCAT FINAL
GOLDSPRINT QUALIFIERS IN 4 DAME LANE FROM 5PM

Mon 6th August:
GOLDSPRINT FINAL IN VOODOO
OPEN FORUM 2
AWARDS CEREMONY IN VOODOO

Tue 7th August:
TRACK DAY IN EAMONN CEANNT PARK
TEXAS TWINS IN EAMON CEANNT PARK
DRINKS AND FINAL PRIZES IN 4 DAME LANE (?)

Ok, as I said this is just a rough framework. We're still figuring out where to put a few things. The Art Show should be running all weekend, and we want to give as many people as possible the chance to do goldsprints and play polo. There will probably be a group ride to the campsite every night as well, for those who appreciate a few hours sleep...

This will be changed over the next while, but it's always nice to have some idea of what's going on...
