Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi All,
I recently bought a nokia 6300,about 3 weeks ago and the LCD screen cracked on it when it was leaned on,its a credit phone and cost over €200,anyone know if it can be fixed and roughly how much it costs?

you know the real bummer here,my partner bought 2 of these, one each,so one broke its lcd screen and the other fell down the toilet, whats the chances!

Given the efficiencies of modern-day manufacturing, it's probably cheaper for you to go buy a new phone. If you can find a company who'll sell you the same screen and pay a technician to put it in (+ your own time), you'll be doing well to stay under the phone's replacement price.

Else, go moan to your phone company and see if they want to keep you happy.

Don't bother going moaning to your phone company. You broke it, so it's tough luck. The cost of a replacement screen is normally 35-50euro, so it's not crazy expensive. Not much can be done for the toilet damaged one though. Try putting it in a hot press between some towels for a few days.
