    Ugh my car is shité and just won't start, The pull start won't pull at all, the engine isn't flooded, bearing for the pull start isn't cracked (just replaced)

    Condor pro .18 btw.

    Any ideas?

    Sounds like it's seized.
    Many of the "budget price" chinese engines run very hot - seizing cheap engines is therefore quite easy to do, or takes expertise to prevent, depending on how you look at it.
    Go to an expert. Preferably the seller. A local shop may be reluctant to take on such a problem. The seller has your money and now you need help. Did you buy it local or online? Hopefully the backup is not too far away.

    will the engine turn over when you try to move the flywheel??? take the plug out of the top of the engine and try to turn the engine over

    The best thing for you to do now is take a deep breath, then get a hammer or an angle grinder to the condor pro and then take a sh!t in the corner and think why you bought such a crap model.
