Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi All

Is there anyone that might have an idea why??

    Cheers

It's unfortunately a normal problem that affects some LCD displays it can go away with prolonged usage so try leaving it on all day or something like that.

Not much really you can do about if it persists other than return it for another model.

Edit: Ah I see well then it's something else entirely if its a CRT.

Should have mentioned it's not an LCD, its a plain old CRT. Bout 5 years old now but other than the noise has never given me any trouble

It will be the core of a coil loose. It happens.
When it happens next, give the top of the TV a sharp smack with yer open hand (really). It more than likely will stop it. Might happen every now and then.
Failing that... you would need to open the tv, which if you are not qualified DONT!
