Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Contract cancelled, sim no longer works.

    Ok guys bit of advise needed

    My mother had a contract with 3, she decided not to renew it and she rang up and gave notice and got the unlock details for which she paid 25euro, the person she was speaking too said a 3pay sim would be sent out with an 083 number and still havent receieved it. But her old number(087)/sim no longer works at all.

    She said it was hard to understand him but thats the general idea. I thought when a contract was cancelled it was automatically put onto pay as you go service??

    I dont know what 3's policy on it is but with o2 I had to request that they convert my old number to speakeasy.

    You asked them to cancel your contract. This includes your service. If you want it on prepay then it would seem you'll have to wait until a SIM arrives.

    Have you tried popping into a 3 shop? I'm not sure if they can do it in store like the other networks though.
