Almost 30 travelling to aus

I was wondering is it still the rule that once you reach the age of 30 you cannot go to aus to work for a year on a yearly working visa?

Says here you must be aged between 18 and 30 years (inclusive) at the time of applying.

I'm 30 and am going to apply now to travel early next year.
