Formit.ie will do it for €444 plus VAT (including all the relevant tax registration).

    Their website is www.formit.ie.

Haven't used them myself before but they are cheaper than what your accountant is quoting.....

Do it yourself online at www.cro.ie for €50.00.

If you call in it'll cost €100.00 but they'll talk you through it. The last thing you'll need setting up your own company is to be throwing your money at formations companies.

If it is your 1st company then it will cost you 100 euro to set it up with the CRO, you need an account with them to set up on line and you need to submit your draft Memo of Asso. The on-line version is more for established companies who are setting up new companies within their group for example.

I would highly recommend this crowd......

They charge you 75 euro and you fill in the A1 form on line, once completed, just print it off and post to the CRO with your chq for 100 euro. You will also get complete documents (Memo of Asso etc) which are critical and the CRO can be strict on them.

Once you send in your form to the CRO it takes normally 3-4 weeks to be issued with your company reg number but I know from experience that there is a backlog there and you could be waiting longer.

    Good luck

I got http://www.expressformations.ie/ to do mine - Cost €350 and took about 5 days
Very Helpful and provided 4 copies of Mem and Arts.
You'll need them to give to the Bank if you open an account and also to your accountant

Thats true, but company formation agents can have a company registered in 5 working days. Here are some prices you can guage from

    www.getregistered.ie - €269+Vat
    www.businesscompanyformations.ie - €295
    www.companyformations.ie - €380
    www.formations.ie - €419

Be sure your formation includes the following:

    Certificate of Incorporation
    Memorandum & Articles of Association
    CRO Filing Fees
    Company Seal
    Company Register
    Director/Secretary Duties Booklets
    Copies of all documents filed.

For the sake of spending an extra €150 or so, you'll save yourself 3-4 weeks timewise by using an agent to register the company
