    Bonzai!!!

    5 and a half weeks of commuter hell are over. Last trip to the hospital today, splint removed, bone doctor and physio say good to get back on the bike. Have to wear the splint when on the bike but its a joy to be back on two wheels again.

    Nice one. I'm just back running after a month on the metaphorical sofa. It's sweet relief.
