Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Three Customer Service

    Hi.

    Back in March I moved from meteor to 3, and while I am happy with three overall, I am extremely unhappy with their customer service. When I joined 3 I asked to be put on the minimum package and have the "Mobile Broadband 100" add-on and this where the problem started. Instead of the Mobile BB 100 (€4.99) they pit me on Mobile BB unlimited (€19.99) I called and they switched me to the 100 add-on and refunded me the month I'd been on unlimited, fine so far. Then on my next bill (April) I was charged for 100 AND unlimited and have been each month since. In spite of numerous long calls to Customer Service I am still being charged for both add-ons and have not been refunded yet. In the midst of this I had a problem with my handset which necessitated a replacement which took 3 WEEKS to arrive, and numerous calls to 3 which, as I didn't have the handset, I had to pay for at full mobile rates. I did get a refund of 1 month for all this but still unacceptable.

    I am not being critical of 3's CS staff and they are invariably polite and helpful, even when I took out my frustration on them, but something is serously wrong when a company can't solve a simple billing problem in 4 months. I have been with Vodafone, O2 and meteor at various times and never had this sort of problem with them. I've spent almost an hour on the phone this evening, and eventually got a promise from a supervisor that I will get a call from their billing department "within 48 hours" and it will be solved. Now I have had this sort of promise from them before too so I am not hopeful.

    Anyway could this be construed and breach of contract by 3? Right now I am so pi**ed off with them I can't wait to move to anyone else.

    You have my sympathy mossie, there's nothing more frustrating. I hate having to call them for anything as all they seem to do is trot out the company line and nothing else.

    Billing seems to be a major fault with three
    Keep at them thats all I can say

    And just to let you know you can put add ons but going to my3 on your mobile.

    It's now 2 months on and still the same problems, same promises and no results.
    Roll on Feb 28 and the end of my contract.

    Apologies for going slightly off topic, but is anyone else having trouble sending sms texts using 3pay ?
    Called them this morning about it. No change as of yet. Guy said he'd call me back about it.

    they are a waste of time lad.

    just look at the complaints against em ffs. i am not renewing my ultd bb after this month, i told them not to renew it, but of course they most likely will.


    i am not paying it, i will just send them a picture of my n0b and tell them to suck it! honest to god.

    It is becoming increasingly obvious you get what you pay for with networks, and 3 are really cheap. I hope they resolve it or they may have issues in future.

    Why don't you cal into your local 3 store and discuss it with them , If your still not happy ask to make a complaint etc and to speak to someone in the call center , if your still not happy ask for a team leader , still not happy ask for a coordinator , still not happy ask for someone else , get my drift there is always someone to talk to about the situation regarding your phone bill etc. No more threads like this guys.
