Low cost video camera?

Is there such a thing as a budget video camera thats at least 640x480 and can record a few hours of video. Suitable to mounting to a bike/car etc. What would you use?

Digital camera's now day's record at 640x480, If you got a sdhc (memory card compatible) you could get upto a 32 gb card (although the biggest I have seen is 8gb).
