Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi lads,
    I am eagerly waiting for 3 xseries in ireland.
    But its been delayed for a long time.
    I want this ONLy for skype
    I thought of getting 3 UK x-series sim card
    can I buy a paymonthly 3 x-series sim card from UK and use it in Ireland?
    i have heard 3 roaming is free.
    please suggest...

    x-series is pretty much out in Ireland at the moment. see other threads. don't know if skype is "switched on" yet as there were issues with the Gold Package.

    If you buy a 3 UK SIM, it won't work in a 3 IE phone unless the phone has been unlocked

    If you can get a pay monthly British account, you may as well get the phone (do you have access to/a British address?)

    You can then use it in Ireland but any MO calls to Irish numbers will cost you. It will work 'Like home" -i.e as though you were a British subject using your phone in Britain.


    To get it "only for Skype" in going to cost you at least 22€ a month.

    i want to use only skype on this... as i have loads of friends abroad on skype..
    using three xseries i can make unlimited skype to skype calls (fair policy)

    i checked with 3 cc and was told its not yet released.. where can i get access to it???

    Has to be coming soon as is now listed on their website as an add-on with the e65.
