Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

XP Drivers for Sony Vaio

    Hi All,

I bought one of those €799 Sony Vaio laptops from PC World last week. Wasn't too pushed on Windows Vista, so said "Hasta La Vista" (sorry...) to it and installed XP Pro onto it. Now, the problem is that no XP drivers seem to be available for it.

I'm looking for all drivers (display, audio, network, wireles...) available. Anyone know where I could get these? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Exact Model: Sony Vaio VGN - N38E

    Cheers.

You'll need some detailed specs on your notebook to see if xp drivers are available for the hardware.
    • Model of video card
    • Model of sound card
    • Model of Network Card
    • Model of Wireless card etc
While sony may not have xp drivers on their site, another manufacturer may be using the same hardware. If you don't have this info you may need to put back on vista to take down the info from the device manager.

Looks like the graphics card is Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950. I think the 945 drivers (same as on a dell 6400 that I have) should work.
