Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Upgrading Cradle?

    Hope ye can help... I had my car fitted with the Nokia CK-7W car kit along with cradle MBC-15S for my old 6230i. My 6230i's screen became bollixed so I decided to upgrade without fully checking out my carkit situation. So, the new phone - 6233 - works fine with bluetooth of course, but the reason I got a car kit in the first place was to be able to charge the phone on the move.

    Anyway, the cradle for the 6233 is the CR-56 and I'm just wondering, if I bought the cradle myself would it be an easy job to replace the existing cradle? Am I better off getting someone to install? Has anyone else done this?

    Plug the lead out of the bottom of your old cradle and plug it into the phone to see if it will work charge etc. if all works buy the new cradle and just swap them easy 5min job. Good luck!

    The only thing that you might be have a small issue with is the antenna couple ,if fitted with the cradle of the 6230i. It will not fit on with the new cradle, as the coupler is built in on this cradle,small issue but just to be aware .you don't need it and can just hid the old coupler and not hook up the new one.
