Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

You didn't explain you tried that though. Just tried it on an unported Meteor number with the 5 prefix and it worked fine.

What actually happens when you dial in with a 5 is you go straight to voicemail. If you press * you are usually prompted for a password so you can change your settings and greeting etc.

If its going straight to password then is possible they do not have the voicemail function set up.

this is how it works on both O2 and Meteor, both of which i have been with (currently with meteor).
