If a few of the players he'd laid shots on for had scored (Yossi really should have last week for example) the workrate point would be a stonger one and people might actually be praising him for game wonning assists. He's made a good few chances for Torres too (the one he hit the post with with an open goal V Newcastle is the mst obvious one that springs to mind.)

murphy is turning into a pretty decent player there, i know daryl from when i was younger and im delighted to see him getting a chance in the prem

i think sunderland have a good shot at staying up this year, some pretty poor teams around them and their home form is alright

almost half time here, cant remember a real chance at either end!

no creativity, the crowd is fairly quiet...sunderland are very poor when they have the ball, liverpool just havent found a way through yet, im sure you will though, only a matter of time

So far Pennant has been our best player. Mascherano has also been good and Skrtle has improved since his nightmare debut.

Same old story, lots of possession, lack of creativity and penetration.
